The London Borough of Waltham Forest has transformed our Grade II Town Hall into a spectacular hospitality, corporate and cultural venue. Under the name Fellowship Square, and open in July 2021, the reinvented venue has created an exciting new London destination where communities come together to celebrate their greatest moments within a thriving hub of cultural and commercial events.

Such a dynamic adventure requires a team of equal calibre, to ensure heartfelt and first-class standards of service and delight every visitor to the site. Our commitment to providing the very best will mean delivering something utterly memorable and unique. It will require a bespoke touch is to be reflected in the attitude and experience of our team.

Fellowship Square is open for cultural, commercial and hospitality events from 7am to 10pm from Monday to Sunday and each successful candidate will be required to work across shift patterns that cover that reflect this unique and vibrant community environment.

The successful candidate will be a crucial part of the smooth running of day-to-day operations at Fellowship Square. Alongside a range of event, civic, hospitality and administrative duties, this role will focus on delivering wonderful customer service and generally becoming an indispensable member of the team. The successful candidate will be highly organised with excellent communication skills and experience in a fast-paced, first class hospitality in a seven day per week customer-focused environment.
