This is a great opportunity to showcase your skill as an arts marketeer and be part of our Culture team. You will maximise your contacts and networks in the press and media to land coverage for our annual programme of events.
The promotional campaigns that you come up with will be quirky, memorable and bring in audiences, engage communities and have resident appeal. This is an opportunity for a creative marketing strategist who can plan, evaluate and reach into our communities and neighbourhoods, promote culture on our high streets and keep the buzz going about the great things that are happening here. This includes marketing and promoting our commercial events, wedding and business fairs.
You will manage Love Camden, our website promoting arts and culture across Camden’s many communities.
You have an enviable track record in arts marketing, networks and contacts that leads to growth in audience and participation numbers. You are enthusiastic and love a challenge but most of all you are passionate about the power of the arts and culture to change lives.
Your copywriting skills covers both print and social media reaching residents, visitors and businesses. Your understanding of market segmentation will mean you can effectively pitch marketing products to the rich diversity and demographics that is Camden, resulting in increased footfall and engagement in arts, culture and events through developing and implementing strong promotional campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have project planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation experience. You will be a creative thinker able to work at pace across partners to get things done and have an aptitude for innovation, thinking and doing outside of the box to deliver results.
