As Estate Service Supervisor you’ll supervise the provision of services to the iconic Barbican Estate. With specific responsibility for car parking, stores, cleaning, concierge and security services and, you will ensure that residents of this prestigious development benefit from excellent customer service. We’ll look to you to ensure that agreed standards and services as set out in the Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators are met by the supervision of Resident Estate services.

 

You will ensure that all services are customer-focused, contact with residents is of a consistently high quality and every effort is made to resolve issues at the first point of contact.

 

To join us, you’ll need relevant experience in an operational housing environment, dealing with a large team of cleaners and concierge. Whether developing teams or forging good relationships with customers, your excellent communication skills really set you apart.
