An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Assistant (Payments). We are a small team processing a high volume of invoices and payment request for the authority and other clients we work with.
We are looking for someone with recent experience of a payments office, and understand the reason for purchase orders and has experience of matching invoices to Orders.
The successful candidate will be expected to undertake a range of duties including uploading documents to the OCR system for processing, matching invoices to purchase orders and processing of Non PO items.
Applicants should be flexible and organised with the ability to work accurately whilst working to deadlines to meet team goals and SLA’s. You will need attention to detail to comply with audit and financial regulations.
