Holbeach School Lunchtime Supervisor
HOLBEACH SCHOOL – LUNCHTIME SUPERVISOR (PART TIME)
Location: Holbeach Primary School, Nelgarde Road, Catford, London SE6 4TP
Reporting to: Senior Lunchtime Supervisor
Hours: 7.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Term Time Only (38 weeks a year)
Salary: NJC Scale 2 - £23,004, pro rata (c. £4,131 for 7.5 hours TTO)
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated and committed individual to join our Midday Supervision Team.
The successful applicant will have a passion for working with children, leading play and games at lunchtimes, and be flexible and a team player. The successful candidate will also be patient and understanding, but calm and firm when dealing with problems with children’s behaviour.
Duties will involve supervision and support of pupils during the mid-day break in the dining areas, school buildings and playground, caring for children who have hurt themselves, following the school’s policy. On days of wet play you will be required to support in the dinner hall or in a classroom supervising children.
First Aid qualification is preferred but not essential.
