Salary range: £47,661 - £50,700 p.a. inc.

We have an exciting opportunity to work within the Housing Property Services team at time when there are major changes to legislation that are driving how we manage our responsive repairs, voids and compliance works programmes. As the Quantity Surveyor – Responsive Repairs, voids and compliance you will ensure that we achieve value for money through procurement and from our existing works contracts.
Your role will be important in ensuring that multi-million pound budgets are spent efficiently.
You will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a keen eye for detail. You will have a good knowledge of the construction industry and be familiar with various pricing mechanisms. You will have knowledge of procurement pertaining to construction works contracts and different forms of contract.
You will have technical knowledge of construction works.
