We’re giving a platform to people inside and outside our community. Because, we’re not just home to the UK’s fast-growing economy. We’re home to the most important conversations happening today. And we’re making radical social change a reality, so that nobody gets left behind. Here’s where you can help decide a better future for us all
At Camden we are committed to ensuring that all young people succeed. We want young people to do well in all aspects of their lives and if they need additional support and help, they can access a range of exciting and targeted youth support services. We have re-organised our Integrated Youth Support Services to make the most of our dedicated, innovative and enthusiastic staff teams so we can deliver a more holistic and integrated offer to the young people of Camden. Our Integrated Youth Support Service includes the Youth Service, Connexions, FWD (substance misuse service) and the Youth Offending Service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective day to day coordination of case management including consistent data recording, document management and information gathering. You will act as the first point of contact for the Youth Early Help team and provide support service that can differ from day to day. You will support the work of the IYSS in preventing offending and re-offending by children and promoting young people’s full participation in education, employment and training.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and will require an Enhanced DBS.
