Vicarage is a 4 form-entry, vibrant and culturally diverse primary school in Newham, East London. We are part of the New Vision Multi-Academy Trust. We seek to appoint an experienced Sports Coach to start for September 2022. The role will include teaching PE lessons as part of PPA time, as well as running after school clubs.
This is a rare and unique opportunity to work in an inclusive school that values and prioritises PE and Sport across the curriculum.
The successful candidate will:
- Make a valuable contribution to the provision of high quality PE teaching and learning.
- Have a passion for providing a PE and Sports curriculum for all children.
- Be able to work effectively within a supportive, committed and successful staff team.
- Have high aspirations for themselves and a commitment to further development.
- Have relevant experience in sports coaching, including coaching qualifications.
Successful applicants will be required to apply for an enhanced DBS disclosure which will be arranged by the school. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our children and expect all members of staff to share this commitment.
