In our December 2018 Ofsted the inspectors found that the school has maintained the good quality of education and ‘made strong progress in many aspects of the school’s provision‘ since our last inspection in September 2013. We are seeking an Internal Exclusion Room Supervisor to join our team as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be working to support the behaviour and wellbeing of students working with the pastoral team to effectively supervise students who have been internally excluded in line with the school’s behaviour policy and sanction system. They are expected to ensure high standards of pupil excellence and engagement with work completion, effective reflection as part of the school’s restorative process, as well as coordinate the reintegration process for all students.
