Midday Support Assistants 6.25 hours per week; 11.45am – 1.00pm* daily, term time only including INSET days. Scale 2 We are looking for new Midday Support Assistants to join our team and help support children including supervision of the dining hall and play area(s) during the midday lunchbreak. You will also help promote healthy eating, maintain good behaviour and ensure the health and safety of pupils at play. This post will start as soon as possible. You have a positive, firm and consistent approach with children;
You have the experience and inter-personal skills to supervise children at play to ensure that they can enjoy themselves whilst keeping themselves and other pupils safe from harm;
You can administer basic first aid (training will be provided);
You are energetic and enthusiastic and have a good sense of humour;
You are calm under pressure;
You are able and prepared to work outdoors all year round.
