We’re looking to recruit a Project Surveyor within our Reinvestment Department who will have responsibility for the delivery of planned and responsive maintenance to our commercial heating portfolio. The successful candidate will also lead the delivery of boiler and heating system upgrade programmes within Optivo’s independent living, keywork and student accommodation.
As a Project Surveyor you’ll ensure contracts perform well and project work is delivered in a timely cost-effective manner to agreed quality standards. Ideally, you’ll have membership of RICS, CIOB, CIBSE, hold a recognised qualification, or have equivalent experience in mechanical and electrical engineering in a similar environment. You’ll possess a thorough knowledge of the relevant legislation, regulation and standards appropriate to the industry and apply these when identifying and resolving defects. A professional in your field, you’ll be an approachable person who is confident and able to build collaborative relationships with a wide range of key stakeholders.

Candidates must hold a full driving licence with access to own vehicle. DBS Safeguarding clearances are also required.
