Resident Liaison Officer
An exciting opportunity has come up for a Resident Liaison Officer to join the team.
You will provide an efficient and customer focussed administrative support service to the team to ensure effective service delivery is achieved and maintained.
The post holder will be required to attend evening and occasional weekend meetings as the demands of the post require.
You will deal with gas safety processes including, printing letters and scanning to shared folders, sending appointment letters, collating completions and CP12s and sending to book keeper, updating other information for book keeper including orders and additions raised, log all gas information onto TMA system.
Skills, experience and qualifications
- Full Driving Licence
- Experience of resident involvement and building contractor sector
- Ability to work on multiple work packages simultaneously
Desirable
- Educated to A-Level, NVQ 3 or equivalent
- Knowledge of tenancy and housing law
- Experience of project work, whether a participant or lead
- CSCS card holder
