This role is perfect for qualified social workers passionate about developing others. You will support newly qualified social workers and contribute to the development of social workers and allied professionals by delivering and commissioning high quality training.

You'll contribute to the delivery of high quality, person-centred care and the provision of support to adults, their families and carers in Brighton and Hove. 

This role is available as a secondment to internal applicants in line with our secondment policy.

About the role

Are you a qualified social worker passionate about helping people to develop?

If so, consider applying for this role where you will support newly qualified social workers and contribute to the development of social workers and allied professionals by delivering and commissioning training. You'll contribute to the delivery of high quality, person-centred care and the provision of support to adults, their families and carers in Brighton and Hove. 

You'll work closely with the directorate of Health and Adult Social Care and be part of a skilled, experienced and supportive Organisational Development and Learning team within Human Resources. You will receive regular one to ones from the Head of OD & Learning and further professional support and guidance from the Principal Social Worker.

We will encourage and support you to further develop your professional practice so you can become the best you can be. Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
