Our Highways Division is seeking to recruit two enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our in-house team of Highway Inspectors. Your role would include undertaking and accurately recording safety inspections of the boroughs roads and footways, raising works orders using the Council’s Confirm software system, managing customer enquiries and monitoring minor highway repairs.
The vacancy is for two Highway Inspectors with experience in highway inspections and / or highway maintenance. Working for London’s largest borough, you will assist in maintaining Bromley’s highway network in a safe condition in order to meet budget, time-frame, legal and quality targets.
The successful candidates will have a relevant NRSWA or LANTRA qualification and extensive experience working in the public or private sector. As site inspections will be an integral part of the role a current driving licence is deemed to be essential.
