To work as part of a team to provide high quality services which ensures the highest standard of customer care at Bridge Park Community Leisure Centre
To deal with enquires, bookings and casual admissions, process memberships and take payment for activities using a computerised booking system.
You will be able to demonstrate a competency of working in an administrative role. You will be capable of handling cash, dealing with customer relations and have good computer skills.
Dealing with face to face and telephone enquiries, you will act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing a friendly, polite service.
