About the role
An opportunity has arisen to provide administrative support to a team responsible for property, contracts and procurement within the Temporary Accommodation and Housing Needs Service.
A skilled administrator is required with a good knowledge of MS Office applications; use of databases and EDRMS tools; a good communicator who can liaise between landlords, tenants, contractors, support providers and other council departments in order to fulfil the council's statutory requirements as landlords.
The role will also involve payment of accounts, minute taking and a full range of office based administrative tasks.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
