As Finance Assistant at JGP, you will be our first point of contact for all finance queries. You’ll be responsible for our various bank reconciliations and assisting with accounts payable and receivable. You’ll also prepare payroll payments for employees and carry out various month end duties. We’ll look to you to undertake any day to day tasks needed by the Finance Team, so flexibility and a willingness to learn our processes is essential.
We’re looking for someone who can use their previous experience in a finance department to suggest changes or improvements that will increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost reductions. We’re a small company, where everyone has the opportunity to make a difference to the way we work.
We’re looking for someone that prides themselves on delivering high-quality work. You’ll need to demonstrate excellent attention to detail as well as be a strong verbal and written communicator.
You’ll be organised with good problem-solving skills. Above all, we need someone who can use their initiative, utilising the skills we teach you to independently and confidently carry out your role.
