Job introduction

The Money and Health Caseworkers will provide intensive casework and advocacy representation to households experiencing both debt and poor mental health, who would otherwise have difficulty maintaining links with the support services they require.

Fixed term for: 12 months

About the role

Financial hardship is recognised as having a detrimental effect on Mental Health.  Mental Health problems can make accessing debt support a difficult process to navigate and maintain.  The Money and Health Caseworker will provide intensive support for households navigating the path through Mental Health support services and debt advice and relief, helping them to maintain their link with these services through advocacy, advice and practical support mechanisms. The aim being to improve the long term wellbeing and financial resilience of each household they work with.

Additional information

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
