Reporting to the Lead Property Data Officer, you will ensure that the Asset Management databases for the Council are legally compliant by promptly and accurately inputting data and provide an effective reception service for the office.
Duties will involve inputting health and safety certificates relating to Gas safety and Electrical condition to ensure the council meets their legislative requirements, compilation of technical for assisting in legal cases and inputting health and safety actions on the system.
The role requires strong attention to detail, using reports to update data on systems as well as the ability to analyse data to identify areas for improvement.
You will the ability to analyse data ad have strong attention to detail; accurately entering documents data onto systems in a methodical manner correctly.
You will have a proven track record in developing good working relationships and effective communication in dealing with a range of stakeholders across a variety of platforms. You will have excellent customer service skills and be able to provide a friendly welcoming environment for visitors to Camden buildings.
You will have the ability to work on your own initiative and have good numeracy, MS word and Excel skills.
