Early Years Quality Lead
 
 
Ealing is now looking for a Principal Early Years Foundation Stage Advisor to inspire schools and other early years providers to continue improving learning and achievement for our youngest children.
 
 
You will be instrumental in developing sustainable sector-led improvement models, in partnership with the very successful Ealing Learning Partnership.
 
 
There is a strong foundation of quality improvement in EYFS across schools and other sectors of early year’s provision for you to build upon. The EYFS team also offer a training programme to support workforce development.
 
 
You will be joining Ealing at a time of new investment to reduce inequalities and give children the best start in life following the impacts of the pandemic.  You will be working with a highly experienced and committed integrated early year’s team offering strategic influence and more effective joint working between schools and other partners. The early year’s quality lead will provide direct support to schools and also establish new structures for school-to-school collaboration whilst providing leadership to the established EYFS team.
 
 
We are highly ambitious for Ealing’s children and young people.  You will play a key role in setting high expectations, building EYFS Phase leadership capacity and reducing variation in terms of the quality of the offer including:
 
 
• Increasing the number of children reaching a good level of development in EYFS,
 
• Improving the progress and attainment of learners not served well to achieve their full potential.
 
 
You will place high value on maintaining capacity for enquiry, creativity and innovation.  Your leadership will ensure sufficient focus is given to understanding early years priorities and meeting emerging needs at a time of significant change.
