We are looking for a Strategic Business Partner to join the new Strategic HR Partnering team. You will deliver a council-wide HR consultancy service to senior managers, providing strategic business focused advice on all aspects of organisational design, change management and workforce planning. You will develop people plans to ensure that the council’s workforce strategy is understood and incorporated at a local level, that staff feedback is addressed and actioned and that workforce priorities are identified and delivered. You will support directorate management teams to focus on key business priorities and diagnose workforce-related challenges, designing and implementing high quality solutions or commissioning services within HR. You will confidently use qualitative and quantitative data, business insights and intelligence to underpin your analysis.
