This offers a great opportunity in the Community Health and Social Care Fairlop Team for a proficient and experienced Administration Officer to work in an Integrated Team. The Administration Officer will be responsible for a Team of Administrators.

 

We are looking for:

  • NVQ level 3 Business & Admin (or equivalent QCF)
  • ECDL
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • You will be expected to provide administrative support to social workers and the team manager.
  • Have a working knowledge of office equipment and systems, effective IT skills
  • Ability to manage time and work to deadlines and prioritise your workload
  • Ability to use own initiative and work autonomously
  • Have comprehensive knowledge of work practices, policies, processes and procedures relevant to this role.
  • Ability to work as part of team and have a clear understanding of team working
  • Follow established procedure to ensure adequate resources are available to meet work requirements.
