This is an exciting time to join the service as we grow a Council owned portfolio of Supported Housing and Temporary Accommodation.
We are searching for a Team Leader to establish this new team. This will include building relationships with partner organisations and embedding a culture of tenancy sustainment for all residents within the portfolio.
Working closely with the development team will be essential to succeeding in the role as you will need to advocate on behalf of residents needs at all stages of the new build process and ensure homes are handed over so your team are ready to mobilise new blocks from day one.
You must be someone who believes in the importance of providing good quality affordable housing and be prepared to hold people to task so we deliver high performing services to residents.
Experience working in operational Housing Management teams and working alongside teams such as Adult Social Care is preferred.
You should be knowledgeable in safeguarding and working with vulnerable people.
An excellent communicator, organised and a problem solver.
