As HR Customer Transactions Manager, you will lead the new transactional service team ensuring that the team provide professional HR advice and guidance to staff and managers on recruitment processing and campaign management, HR policy and employee transactional processing. You will oversee a continuing programme of process improvement projects to improve customer service and transactional HR processing, streamlining processes, driving automation and creating a customer focused front end user experience. You will also work closely with payroll colleagues to ensure seamless transactional processing and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of services provided.
