Our Leadership Team has been committed to working systemically for a number of years, which shows in our training offer and practice development pathways for our staff. In addition to direct work with families and in supervision, we have introduced systemic thinking and practices in our structures and processes such as group case discussions, new style CP Conferences, reflective spaces, peer-led trainings and audit moderations.
