IT Programme Director Housing CX

 

Fixed Term – 2 years

If so you’ll be joining a new team of people who bring together innovative ways to develop strategy, technology and design together to benefit the services we provide.

 

This is a role and opportunity to deliver real change to ensure our Housing service continues to improve and thrive for our community. The service is changing its IT estate moving from several legacy systems into a single system that works for our staff and customers. The programme is currently underway and is in the design and discovery phase of the programme with the implementation phase due to start in July.

 

Who are we looking for?

 

If you have experience leading multi-disciplinary Agile teams, managing diverse projects and at pace; you’re organised; can prioritise and brings solutions to problems, then this may be the opportunity for you. We are looking for someone great at building relationships with people inside and outside of the organisation. The programme need a strong leader who can take responsibility for supporting the many project teams, enabling them to grow and develop throughout the project. We want the person that unblocks issues, works with our delivery partner and ensures our projects are delivered on time and budget. Governance and project delivery is a must in delivering this programme which will shape Redbridge and its future.
