NPW has been working with key stakeholders, and in particular our schools to develop a range of new products. This year we will be launching a number of these products in collaboration with pilot schools and new partners.
We are currently seeking a HR Services Manager to support the Head of HR & Payroll in providing leadership and high quality advice and support to NPW clients, through the excellent management of the HR Service Teams (Payroll & Recruitment). You will be responsible for the effective management of the team, ensuring that the employee lifecycle is effectively automated and also maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Previously Managed a HR Services and Payroll division (with direct line management experience)
- Project and contract management experience
- Strong understanding of HR Services, including payroll.
- CIPD Qualified or Payroll/Finance qualification
