An opportunity has arisen for the post of Quality Outcomes Officer within the Joint Commissioning Unit for the London Borough of Havering.
The Quality Outcomes Team is responsible for monitoring the standard of care and support services delivered to ensure services are safe and of a good quality.
The team work collaboratively with providers to acknowledge good practice and to ensure that services are safe, deliver high quality outcomes to residents and comply with regulatory and contract requirements.
We are looking for someone who is organised, energetic and enthusiastic who has experience in communicating to a wide audience. To have intrinsic knowledge of the quality standards and expectations for social care providers and in particular to be able to work with providers in a positive way to advise and assist in meeting the required standards.
