This is an exciting and challenging time for the team to extend its knowledge and skills and provide customers with an excellent service. It is also an ideal time for you to join us.

We need someone with a solid track record of implementing excellent customer service practices, someone with excellent negotiation skills, who can identify issues to resolve leasehold disputes and complex cases effectively. To thrive in this role you will need to have a flexible approach and be able to work well under pressure, as part of a team or on your own on projects.
