The Candidate Administrator will provide a professional, high quality, customer-focused service within Our Newham Work. You will manage and direct the flow of online / telephone enquiries within Our Newham Work and to support or signpost to the relevant service, the successful candidate must be able to deliver a professional service to residents with a sensitive approach
- Ability to deal with queries efficiently and effectively, possess a good standard of IT skills and have the ability to offer an excellent customer service to residents
- To co-ordinate and manage Our Newham Work clients to complete the registration process correctly, assess their immediate needs and direct them to the appropriate service promptly.
- To collect monitoring information relating to client activity in a systematic and organised way and submit it to relevant Our Newham Work colleague who are responsible for analysing such information. To apply please refer to the full job description
