The team that collects rent from homeless households in Temporary Accommodation is looking for a candidate to work on income maximisation and rent collection across tenures.
To be successful in this role you will need to be experienced in rental income maximisation, including having a sound knowledge of Housing Benefits and other relevant benefits. You will also have experience of working with escalation policies, through to eviction.
You will need to be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide range of residents, some of whom will be particularly vulnerable. You will also require good IT skills and mathematical abilities, have experience of keeping detailed and accurate records and organise your work to meet challenging targets.
