Estate Services Coordinator
We have an opportunity for a motivated, customer-focused team players with a genuine interest in housing, to help us deliver excellent housing services and take forward our exciting and challenging improvement plan.
We are recruiting to 4 Estate Services Coordinator posts in the following capacity:
2 - full time permanent position.
1 - fixed term for 12 months.
1 - fixed term for 6-9 months.
This is a key role, and you will be the main link between the council and our tenants and residents on all matters relating to the communal areas of our estates. This is to ensure that our estates are maintained at the highest possible standards of cleanliness, safety, security and appearance.
You will have the ability to manage a team of Caretakers, as well as the ability to work closely with Tenants and Residents Associations.
To thrive in this role you will need:
- Ability to manage a team of caretakers
- The ability to motivate and inspire staff
- Undertake regular caretaking and fire safety inspections
- A flexible and reliable approach to providing a quality service
- The ability to work with people at all levels including members of the public
You will also be required to work weekend - approximately 1 weekend in 10, for which an additional enhancement will be paid.
