Health and Safety Support Officer (6 months fixed term contract)

Reporting to the Head of Health and Safety your role will be to provide support to the team in the provision of high-quality service and be the first point of contact for council employees and Schools.
The successful candidate will be friendly with a good telephone manner and experience of working in a fast-paced organisation across departments. You will be an excellent communicator and self-motivated to see tasks through. You will be proficient with computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of raising purchase orders, updating websites and H&S is an advantage.
