Optivo are currently looking for an Insurance Officer to join us on a maternity contract for 14 months.

The Insurance Officer will be primarily be involved in handling insurance claims. You’ll be responsible in ensuring that they’re dealt with promptly and effectively. Providing an efficient and effective insurance claim handling service for Optivo and external customers.

You’ll be one of the first points of contact to respond to queries from residents, third parties and colleagues on potential and current claims and processes and collate, investigate and prepare documentation to support insurers on concluding insurance claims.
