This is an exciting opportunity to work in our Housing Property and Investment team to help develop our service into the future. Working with the Business & Performance Manager you will help to put in place contracts and lead improvement projects within the Housing Team.

About the role
We have an opportunity for a Project Manager focused on how we manage, procure and put in place contracts as well as delivering service improvement projects for the team.
We are looking for a highly motivated person with experience in managing projects, procurement and the formation of contract documentation. You will work with colleagues across the council, our partners and a range of key stakeholders in the city.
You will work closely with colleagues in procurement and legal services to set up and establish our contracts across the service.
You will work within the Business and Performance team to develop our Governance and Compliance requirements.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
