Historically, aspects of this role were outsourced but due to changes in the business, there is a need for a permanent employee to set the standards offering a fantastic opportunity for someone to be part of a hard working team and truly make your mark. The Health, Safety and Compliance Manager will input into strategic and operational improvements in Health, Safety and Compliance across the business.

You will have a technical qualification in health and safety (IOSH or equivalent) with experience of working in a construction, building maintenance or property management environment. Your working knowledge of health and safety legislation, principles and standards will allow you to develop our policies and procedures. We will provide a comprehensive induction, coaching and excellent opportunities to learn and develop. 

We have re-evaluated how we work since the global pandemic; working patterns may take a blended approach between working from our head office, our satellite offices but will also be fully enabled working from home.
