Craven Vale is a residential care home for older people in Brighton and Hove, providing community short term services and respite for up to 24 people.
We are recruiting 3 Care Officers to work various hours per week as follows: 1 x 13 hours; 1 x 22.75 hours; ; 1 x 26 hours;
There are various hours to include evenings, weekends and bank holidays. All posts include alternate weekends.

About the role
Craven Vale provides community short term services that supports people being discharged from hospital or to avoid unnecessary admissions to hospital.
The service provides rehabilitation which aims to regain people's independence and enable them to return home or to a more suitable placement.
We are looking for people who enjoy working as part of a multidisciplinary team who are organised and solution focused.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
