We have a fantastic opportunity for an individual to carry out all administrative duties in support on M&E Contract Management and Compliancy, to ensure all KPI's and regulatory requirements are achieved and/or exceeded.
As a Compliance & Contract Administrator, you will have great attention to detail while able to manage multiple work streams; responding to all resident and internal department calls and/or requests for assistance and/or information, raise all work orders, invoices and PO numbers. Managing and arranging access for Contractors, Consultants and Surveyors where necessary, in liaison with tenants and other Operations Directorate department's is key. You will also maintain and update compliancy documentation and statistical information when requested. A proactive and analytical individual who will be able to assist in the administration and analysis of tenant and contractor feedback information - carrying out and inputting resident satisfaction questionnaires; produce statistics and reports when required to ensure results are fed back to improve the service.
Key skills required;
Extensive administration experience
Experience of processing a high volume of invoices
Able to demonstrate working in a customer service role
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Able to manage a range of tasks and prioritise own work load
Experience of organising meetings and taking minutes
This role may require working outside normal working hours on occasions, therefore we are looking for an individual who is able to be agile and flexible when required.
