Southwark Schools Human Resources service is a well established team, providing a source of professional expertise to support schools prepare for and manage the full range of staffing issues. We are a traded service and operate to a service level agreement.
We are looking for an HR Administrator as we continue our growth and development as a team. This would be on a fixed term contract until 31st December 2020, to cover the role on a temporary basis as the substantive post holder has taken on another role in the team.
The role would suit someone with previous administration experience and excellent IT skills as well as the ability to build relationships and be an effective communicator. The work is varied and will include the following areas: HR Administration, DBS/Barred List checks, Website, Data, Finance, Learning and Development, Service Level Agreement, etc.

The role will be primarily office based, supporting the team and schools across the borough. Occasional visits to schools may be required.
