We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced nursery officer to join the staff team at Windmill Children's Centre in Greenford. You will find this role challenging, stimulating and rewarding.
The post requires the practitioner to have extensive knowledge of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage, excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team. Windmill Children Centre runs both a Children's Centre and specialist nursery provision from the same site. We work together to ensure the needs of our community are met and that children attending are provided with the correct input in order to thrive.
The successful candidate must have worked with children with a range of needs and be dedicated, passionate and committed to achieving the very highest standards of teaching and learning, whilst meeting the needs of children in their care. We want individuals who can see the possibilities for our exceptional children and have the energy and enthusiasm to inspire and motivate every child to reach their full potential.
To apply for this position the candidate must have a minimum of an NNEB or NVQ L3 or equivalent relevant qualification. Experience of working with children with SEND is essential, however, you will receive on the job training and support to develop these particular skills.
