About the role:
We’re recruiting an enthusiastic and inspiring Community Engagement and Communications Manager to join us on a permanent and full-time basis. Key requirements of this role are to encourage our residents and community groups to be involved and participate in their local area and housing services through informal and formal participation structures and initiatives.
You will also work closely with the Graduate Communications Assistant to develop and promote SW9 CH goals, message development, off/online marketing communications, and maximise our social media content creation and media.
To be successful in this role you should have a genuine desire and the willingness to go the extra mile in engaging with residents and community groups. You will have demonstrable experience in developing and organising resident involvement initiatives and events. You will also possess strong written communication skills, great organisational and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Experience in developing resident engagement strategies is essential.
