We are looking for motivated and customer focused people with a genuine interest in housing, to help us deliver excellent housing services and take forward our challenging improvement plan.
Reporting to the Estate Service Co-ordinator, you will perform a variety of tasks within our estates. These will include cleaning duties, giving residents information and reporting any repairs needed. You will also report abandoned vehicles and illegal parking, ensuring communal areas are kept well-lit and hazard-free and take appropriate action in cases of emergency, providing written reports as requested.
You will need previous caretaking or cleaning experience, a good level of physical fitness and a good understanding of customer care. It is also important that you are able to work on your own initiative, or as part of a team and that you can prioritise various tasks and carry out basic repairs and maintenance. You must be literate to a basic standard.
