We’re offering a fantastic short term opportunity for you to join us as a Data Administrator in our HR team. We make sure that our people data is right first time, every time, so that our staff have the tools they need to do their jobs, get paid accurately and on time.
We need your ability to quickly get up to speed with our HR system iTrent as well as your impressive ability to work quickly and accurately through a high volume of data entry and work to tight deadlines.
In this job you won’t just be plugging numbers into a database. You’ll need to be able to understand the background to the changes being made – people moving to different jobs within the organisation, joining us, leaving us, and more!
We’ll quickly come to trust you to update iTrent and gather quality data from the business, so your work here will be important. For this reason, we’ll need you to have experience of administration, be proficient with Microsoft Office and ideally have worked with iTrent before. If you don’t have experience of working on iTrent, that’s fine, but you’ll need to put your skill at getting to grips with new systems quickly to use, as iTrent is a complex database.
This is a great opportunity and is offered as a fixed term role until June 2020.
