Notting Hill Genesis Care Recruitment Open Day
We believe in providing only the highest standard of care at Notting Hill Genesis. This is why we can proudly say that we run the first extra care service in London to achieve “outstanding” at inspection. We can only provide the best care, with the best staff; that's where you come in!
Whatever your background, whether you are experienced in your field or seeking to start a career within care, we'd love to invite you to attend our open day on 18 January 2020 at our King’s Cross office.
Why work for Notting Hill Genesis: We pay for two weeks training equipping you with everything you need to know for the role. We have generous benefits such as 21 days + bank holiday annual leave, pensions contributions and season ticket loans. We also strongly believe in staff progression and support staff to complete their NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and provide a stepping stones programme to help front line staff to progress in their careers into our management roles.
About the Role: We provide care and support for vulnerable adults aged over 55 in our 13 different schemes across London. You will be based in one location as our services are accommodation based and no two days are the same. You will work on a rota basis, Monday to Sunday and we are looking for staff who are able to work weekends.
About the open day:
Date: 18 January 2020
Time: You can drop in to meet us anytime between 10.30am and 3pm
Location: Bruce Kenrick House, 2 Killick Street, London, N1 9FL
Anyone can come, whether you have experience in care or not. You will have the opportunity to find out what it’s like to work as a Domiciliary Care Officer, find out more about the company and ask any question you may have. You will also have the opportunity to have a first stage interview with one of our team (optional) and if successful booked onto one of our assessment days later in the month.
