Inquilab Housing Association, based in West London, has just embarked on an ambitious and exciting transformation programme. We need people like you to come and work with us to deliver the People stream of this exciting programme.
As a HR Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for staff and managers’ queries. You’ll manage employee relations issues including sickness absence and performance managers. You’ll also be responsible for managing the recruitment and selection process, supporting and providing advice to hiring managers to get it right first time. You’ll support the Director of OD and Change to deliver the People Agenda and other strategic HR initiatives.
If you have generalist HR experience, CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified, want to grow your HR career and are not fazed by the challenge of helping to deliver an exciting programme, then this is the job for you.

Salary: £28,700 to £33,835 dependent on experience
