Havering and Redbridge Integrated Community Equipment Service S75 Agreement (BHR ICES and S75) and Framework Contract Manager
The London Borough of Redbridge is looking for an experienced Manager to support the BHR ICES Partnership with the London Borough of Havering, the local Barking, Havering & Redbridge CCGs, North East London NHS Foundation Trust (NELFT), and King Georges & Queens Acute hospitals (BHRUT). The role will lead on the mobilisation of a new framework agreement that will deliver the Integrated Community Equipment (ICES) service on behalf of partners. The role will continue to develop the service across the partnership driving out better value by working jointly with the provider, as well as to promote the wider use of the framework agreement with other London Local Authorities and their NHS partners.
The successful applicant will demonstrate a wide knowledge of the Social Care and Health referral and assessment service and Community Equipment operations which will be central to taking over and continuing the work from the current Manager

* Experience of working with different partners and understanding individual governance arrangements
* Develop and Grow the Partnership
* Promote the service
* Lead on IT changes in the service.
Prior experience of managing integrated Partnership / Section 75 arrangements is desirable. One of the key requirement will be to support and nurture the roles of the Steering and Operations Boards to establish a sound vision and strategic direction and oversight for the Partnership. The successful individual will develop this through forging strong and productive relationships with the executive Sponsors, Directors, Managers, operations and professional staff across the health and social care partnership.
This is a senior position within the service and the successful candidate will be expected to deputise and represent other managers.
