Notting Hill Genesis is one of the largest housing associations in London, providing homes for around 170,000 people in some 65,000 properties across London and the surrounding area, with a significant development pipeline. We exist to provide good quality housing for lower-income households.

Building and resident safety are of paramount importance to us and are central in everything we do. We are passionate about delivering excellent landlord services and ensuring our residents are safe in their homes. Joining us in this role, you will lead on all aspects of safety across our assets, acting as the guardian of building safety for our whole organisation.

Our building safety team work hard to deliver our building strategy in line with legislative and regulatory requirements. We are expecting that under your strong and effective leadership, they will be empowered to continue with and improve on their work embedding practices that ensure safety and accountability across the organisation and within the buildings we own and manage.

With your experience and knowledge in all areas of building safety, you’ll become the critical link between our Board, Directors, staff and external stakeholders. We’ll expect you to develop and effectively communicate a strategy which is agile in response requirements, while providing assurance on compliance risks and developing a complex investment programme across our property portfolio.
