Barking & Dagenham College is a vibrant and highly successful College in East London with circa 12,500 students, circa 500 established staff and a turnover of £35m. The College offers routes into learning from entry level through to MBA level, including apprenticeships, higher level apprentices, higher education and job centre plus clients. Baking and Dagenham College are looking to appoint a hardworking, enthusiastic Receptionist Administrator to undertake a range of duties within the Student Digital Zone, Learning Resources Centre and Additional Learning Support. Applicants will have good communication skills and be able to communicate with students, visitors, colleagues and members of the public. The successful candidate will be responsive and student-centred. They will be highly committed to providing support to all learners at all levels. Good administration skills and the ability to use a variety of different computer packages including Microsoft packages is essential as it is working as part of the wider Additional Learning Support team. Past experience of working with students would be beneficial.
