Hexagon Housing Association is an organisation in pursuit of excellence at all levels. Nowhere is this more important that in our maintenance service, where we provide repairs and improvement services to around 4,500 households in South East London. As far as our customers are concerned, responsive and major repairs are the key measures by which we are judged. It is, therefore, central to our mission.

We are looking for a customer-focused leader with a high level of drive and determination to achieve excellence in all of our repairs and maintenance services. You will bring creativity and flair to your job, and you will be an inspirational leader to your team, motivating them to deliver amazing customer service.
The key objective is to deliver a comprehensive repairs and maintenance service which results in high levels of customer satisfaction. Your strong strategic thinking skills will inform your focus on value for money and efficiency. You will also lead on ensuring we retain a strong focus on resident safety, including fire safety.
As the majority of our customer contacts are repair related, you will also lead and manage our Customer Service Centre, which provides the first point of contact for all repair calls as well as all other initial customer contacts.
In addition to providing inspirational leadership to your three teams (Responsive Repairs, Stock Improvement, and Customer Services), you will be a member of Hexagon’s Executive Directors Group, and you will work closely with our Board to ensure we achieve our corporate objectives, including the development and delivery of both the Asset Management and Sustainability strategies.
