Business Improvement & Analysis Officer £35,286 - £38,229 As a Business Improvement & Analysis Officer you will work as part of a team and independently on improvement and transformation projects to deliver the oneSource vision. The work is fast paced and rewarding. This role requires working at multiple locations in both Newham and Havering.

You’ll have the skills and experience to apply a range of business improvement techniques demonstrating best practice, and becoming an integral part of our project team. A proven track record in delivering results under pressure is essential. Building great relationships and winning the confidence of officers, members and other stakeholders is essential to this role, so you’ll need first class verbal and written communications skills. You must be able to produce clear, concise project plans and reports. You will be expected to apply appropriate business analysis and improvement methods and techniques such as Lean, Agile, unit costing or similar methodologies and techniques to the role. The desire to learn and implement new ideas and techniques is vital. You will have an important role to play in developing and maintaining a new business analysis toolkit and advising, mentoring, training and supporting colleagues. You will be confident in taking a dynamic and collaborative approach to help oneSource achieve its organisational priorities.
